All vehicles purchased are “As is, Where is” with no express or implied warranty. All Vehicles must be removed from our lot no later than 4:30pm on the day of the auction. Administrative Rules of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 85 prohibits unlicensed, incorrectly marked tow trucks from entering the VSF area of our lot. Any vehicles that are being driven through the gates to the back VSF area of our lot MUST have valid proof of insurance and provide it to our office for our files.
