There is a 10% buyer’s premium applied to all purchases & sales tax is required on the storage fees.Administrative Rules of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 85 prohibits unlicensed, incorrectly marked tow trucks from entering the VSF area of our lot. Any vehicles that are being driven through the gates to the back VSF area of our lot MUST have valid proof of insurance and provide it to our office for our files.
